The application process
There is a huge difference between mediocrity and excellence. That's why we go the extra mile when meeting with our candidates during an application process. This means we hold between 3-5 meetings, regardless of whether we are looking for an associate consultant or a senior consultant.Our business is driven by people, and it is important for us and our candidates to get to know each other better to find out if there is a potential match. In addition to personal interviews, our candidates are also tested in Excel, logic and a business case, which they will present at the final meeting.

Who is Obsidian Digital and what are we like as a workplace?
Obsidian Digital is a performance marketing agency with a creative work culture. Our team of around 430 colleagues is spread across offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus, Aalborg, Helsinki, Leipzig, Hamburg, Podgorica, and Banja Luka. We specialize in working with mainly Northern European clients helping them advertise on social media, advertise in search engines, perform e-mail marketing, and much more.
