• Work closely with development teams to ensure design integrity is maintained throughout the development process.
• Lead the creative process for projects, including visual design, user experience, and user interface design.

• Strong Design Portfolio: Demonstrable experience with a strong portfolio in digital design.
• Ecommerce Awareness: Understanding of ecommerce businesses, user experience best practices, and common challenges.
• Technical Proficiency: A good technical understanding of web design processes, including responsive design, and familiarity with design and prototyping tools such Figma.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Ability to lead design projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and content creators.
