What you'll do
As a WordPress Developer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining high-quality websites that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will work closely with our digital strategists, and project managers to bring our clients' visions to life. This role involves hands-on development with a focus on creating scalable, performance-optimized WordPress solutions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing custom WordPress themes and plugins with PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ACF
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement complex web solutions
- Ensuring seamless website functionality across different browsers and devices
- Optimizing website performance, ensuring fast load times, and a great user experience
- Integrating third-party APIs and services into WordPress-based websites
- Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies
What You Will Work With:- Must-Have: PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Git, ACF plugin, Gutenberg, accessibility best practices, and command-line tools (npm, Composer, Docker)
- Nice to Have: Gulp, Webpack, WP-CLI, Vue.js, React.js, native Gutenberg blocks
- WordPress theme development and optimization
- Building and maintaining system integrations and architecture
- Enhancing website accessibility and performance
