We are seeking a meticulous E-commerce Content & Data Editor to become the guardian of our clients' digital storefronts. This is more than a proofreading role; it is a critical position for a detail-oriented professional who is highly skilled in data management and ready to dive deep into the Shopify platform. The ideal candidate will be the final checkpoint for quality, ensuring every product, page, and piece of data is flawlessly executed before it goes live.
Shopify Content Management: Take ownership of editing, formatting, and publishing product descriptions, landing pages, and blog content directly within Shopify.
Data Migration & Management: Plan and execute data migration tasks, including product catalogs and customer data, primarily using CSV imports and spreadsheet tools.
Data Cleansing & Validation: Clean, structure, and validate data before, during, and after migration to ensure 100% accuracy.
Quality Assurance (QA): Serve as the final sign-off on all client-facing content, hunting down typos, broken links, formatting errors, and data inconsistencies.
Troubleshooting & Research: Investigate, troubleshoot, and research solutions for novel technical issues within the Shopify platform and integrated apps.
Collaborate & Refine: Work closely with project managers and developers to streamline content workflows and ensure brand consistency.
Strong proficiency in data management, especially using CSV files and advanced spreadsheet functions (Excel, Google Sheets).
Solid experience with or a strong understanding of Shopify is highly desirable. You don't need to be a certified pro, but you must be technically savvy and eager to master the platform.

Impeccable written and verbal English skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Working knowledge of Git or similar version control tools is a plus, but not required.
